Other Information: Based on information provided by the Fugitive Unit, the Cumberland County Sheriff's Department in Tennessee arrested David James Radford at his residence in Crossville, Tennessee, on a warrant issued by the Texas Department of Criminal Justice Parole Board on Oct. 16, 2005, for a parole violation for being charged with assault. Radford was also wanted on a warrant issued by the Fort Worth Police Department on Dec. 2, 2006, for failing to comply with sex offender registration requirements. Radford was sentenced to 10 years in prison after being convicted in 1995 in Tarrant County of indecency with a child by sexual contact. The victim was an 11-year-old girl.
