Performance deficiencies are exhibited by all sorts of employees, including the burned out employee, the new employee who is not working out, and the employee who excels in most areas but not all. This class will present options supervisors have to address performance deficiencies. Ignoring performance deficiencies may be the easiest option for supervisors, but it is the most detrimental. The class will include a presentation, discussion, and role-playing exercises.
