You can make your child support payments by mail with a check or money order.
Be sure to include:
- Your OAG 10-digit case number
- Your cause number
- The noncustodial parent’s name
- The custodial parent’s name
Who should I make the check or money order payable to?
You can make your checks or money orders payable to the Office of the Attorney General.

You can find your OAG 10-digit case number on your monthly billing statement or on Your Online Account.
Where can I find my cause number?
Your cause number is the number that the Clerk of Courts office assigns to any case that is opened in the court. It may be found in your child support documents and/or the court order that established your child support order.
