HHSC – COMPLAINTS REGARDING THE MEDICAL ADVISORY BOARD 

Texas law permits the Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) to request an opinion or recommendation from the Medical Advisory Board as to the ability of an applicant or license holder to operate a motor vehicle safely or to exercise sound judgment with respect to the proper use and storage of a handgun.
