The Texas IV-D agency participates in the Financial Institution Data Match program (FIDM),a multi-state alliance that requires a financial institution to match its account owners with persons owing child support. The federal Office of Child Support Enforcement (OCSE) operates a matching process for financial institutions doing business in multiple states. If you are a Texas-only financial institution or doing business in multiple states but not participating in the OCSE matching process, you are still required to report. The Texas Child Support Division participates in an alliance that enables you to comply with this requirement.
