The 85th Legislature passed House Bill 29 which requires a sexually oriented business to post by the sink area in each restroom on premises of the business a sign that directs a victim of human trafficking to contact the National Human Trafficking Resource Center. The sign must be 11 x 17 inches in size. Sec. 102.101 of the Texas Business and Commerce Code directs the Office of the Attorney General by rule to prescribe the design, content, and manner of display of the sign.
