Open Records Questions

The following is a list of issues the Open Records Division plans to address in formal Open Records Decisions. While the decision is being drafted, it is assigned an Open Records Question (ORQ) number.

Upon issuance, the decision will be assigned the next available Open Records Decision number. If you have questions, comments, or wish to provide briefs on any of these issues, please refer to the ORQ number or the ID number immediately to the right of the ORQ number.
