AG Pax­ton Releas­es State­ment on the Open­ing of the 85^th Texas Leg­isla­tive Session

Attorney General Ken Paxton today released the following statement on the opening of the 85th Texas legislative session:

“This 85th legislative session should be an historic session with legislation that will impact our state for generations to come. My office is ready to assist the members of the House and Senate, however we may, as they work tirelessly to craft legislation that will better the lives of all Texans.”
