“Once again, Americans are deeply troubled and heartbroken by the terrorism attack in New York City today. The resilience of that city – and of all Americans – will outshine this darkness today, and in the days ahead. Angela and I join with all Texans praying for those impacted by this tragedy and for our nation.”
